Response on Growth and Production of Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanioides L.) on Gibberelin Under Salinity Stress Conditions

Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanioides L.) plants are able to protect the soil from erosion and tolerant of salinity stress. However, at high levels, vetiver show a decreasing growth. The application gibberelin is expected increase growth in stress conditions. purpose this study was evaluate responsiveness production under This research conducted green house Faculty Agiculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara, Medan. used non-factorial completely randomized design, namely (S) which consisted 3 each treatment repeated times, so that 9 combinations were obtained: concentration 0 (no treatment), 50 ppm 100 ppm.
